The best way to test heart rhythms is through electrophysiology testing, which is being offered at Adventist Health Castle!
Electrophysiology is a subspecialty of cardiology that focuses on heart rhythm disorders. Electrophysiologists are the electricians of the heart and treat conditions such as atrial fibrillation, heart failure, and other dysrhythmias through procedures called ablation, as well as with cardiac device implantation and medications. Dr. Kanagaraj is one of seven electrophysiologists in the state of Hawaii making Castle a statewide destination!
An electrophysiology program is currently not offered on the Windward side and Adventist Health Castle is excited to deliver this service to their community and beyond.
