Every year on June 11, the islands of Hawaii celebrate King Kamehameha I. The holiday honors Kamehameha the Great, the monarch who first established the unified Kingdom of Hawaii. To commemorate this special day HI Now host Kainoa Carlson traveled to the Big Island for a special hula and oli.
