Hawaii Pacific University wants every high school graduate in the islands to have the chance to go to college. The University is committed to providing institutional aid with the Holomua Commitment to first-time, full-time freshmen students entering in Fall 2018. You must be a legal resident of Hawai’i and meet the need requirements with a federal EFC lower than HPU’s tuition, to ensure at minimum, 100% of students’ unmet tuition need.
