HONOLULU (HI Now) - In the small town of Waimea is Patisserie Nanako, a bakery that opened during COVID-19 but became the most popular bakery in town with lines out the door every morning! They specialize in authentic Japanese pastries with a twist of local flavors and fresh ingredients. With the support of the community, the bakery went from a small brick and mortar to a bright and bigger space in the Parker Ranch Shopping center.
