The Surfing Pig Hawaii is the fourth restaurant location by Kono’s Restaurant Group. It offers an elevated menu of Kono’s award winning 12-hour slow roasted pork, various selections of meat, small plates, savory entrees and delectable desserts. Some of its most popular menu items? Put the baby back ribs and truffle fries on your list of must-haves! Also popular is the seared ahi and ribeye steak.
Walking in, you’ll instantly feel The Surfing Pig’s classic and hip vibe. The interior design celebrates modern surf culture, and the walls are a muted canvas that allows colors and ingredients of the dishes to really shine.
Be sure to stop by for happy hour Monday through Friday from 4 – 6 p.m.! The Surfing Pig re-creates classic cocktails with a bit of a twist like its signature Smoking Pig, a twist on an Old Fashioned. Not sure what to order? The restaurant’s bartenders are always ready to make guests feel comfortable and are able to create a cocktail just by asking guests a few questions about to get a feel for their taste.
The Surfing Pig is open for brunch Monday through Friday from 11 a.m.- 2 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. You can also grab dinner Sunday through Thursday from 4 – 9 p.m. and Friday through Saturday from 4 – 10:30 p.m.
The Surfing Pig received its first ‘Ilima People’s Choice Award for a new category called “Best of the Burbs” for East Oahu in October 2018.
