La Hiki Kitchen: Located inside the Four Seasons Resort at Ko Olina

Bahamian Chef Simeon Hall Jr. is cooking up an array of island-inspired dishes at La Hiki Kitchen Restaurant at Ko Olina’s Four Seasons Resort. Having worked in kitchens around the world, Hall is a self-described global ambassador for food sustainability. He prides himself in putting local ingredients on the table, sourcing more than 65 percent of his menu from local farms and fishermen. Host Jobeth Devera joined him to make fresh garden hummus.
