SCRIPT: With the big game just around the corner, HI Now host Jobeth Devera shared her recipe for spinach dip wraps in the HI Now kitchen. It’s super easy to make and if you prep it early, you won’t waste any time in the kitchen missing the big match up. Jobeth says she learned this recipe from her friend Angel, and it’s always a hit at every party.

Don’t limit yourself to wraps! You can also serve the dip inside a sourdough bread bowl. All you have to do is scoop out the middle of the bread and add the dip. Serve it up with tortilla chips, sourdough baguettes, or veggies for dipping!

INGREDIENTS:
Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix
Chopped green onions
1 cup of Best Foods Mayo
1 16 oz. sourcream
1 frozen chopped spinach (thawed & drained)

DIRECTIONS:
1) Mix ingredients together and refrigerate for about an hour
2) Spoon and spread spinach dip onto tortilla
3) Roll tightly and set in refrigerator for an hour or two
4) Slice and serve
