Kahawai and Williams share their academic and athletic goals, including their future college majors and their hopes for their volleyball careers. Both have participated in the Spike and Serve volleyball program with which they have gotten to compete around the country.

“Anytime I’m put in a situation that involves underage drinking, I always think about my future and think about how, a couple years down the road, this may affect me,” said Kahawai.
