Near the old sugar mill in Waialua is an orchard where Dole Cannery used to grow sugar. It has since turned into a field of cacao that is being used for fine chocolate. Like wine, chocolate is a complex food with a range of flavors to suit many different palates. The experts at Waialua Estate Coffee & Chocolate are carefully-crafting and growing made-in-Hawaii chocolate unlike any other in the world.
