HMAA's Baby & Me program provides great benefits for families
Sponsored by HMAA
Hawaii Medical Assurance Association (HMAA) is all about providing wellness and benefits for its members, both moms and dads! HI Now host Kainoa Carlson is a new father himself, so he met up with HMAA Member Jason Baptiste, a father of two, to get the papa perspective. The two are at Keiki and the Pineapple to swap tips and resources about becoming a father and supporting your partner.
HMAA’s Baby & Me maternity program helps mom and baby stay healthy during and after pregnancy. Not only is the program free, but it also offers a number of incentives. There’s a nurse that calls to make sure mom is doing well throughout pregnancy, and there’s also educational flyers with helpful information. You even get a fetal Doppler to hear the baby’s heartbeat, a breast pump with accessories delivered to your home, reimbursement for attending prenatal classes, and a $250 Target gift card for diapers!
