HI Now is cooking Palazzo Ristorante Italiano’s traditional Chicken Anchovy Olio

In central Oahu, Palazzo Ristorante Italiano has been serving up traditional Italian specialties for 13 years. Like many Italian restaurants, the food is served family-style, so bring your appetite and get ready for big portions and big flavor without the massive price tag. The Aiea restaurant has an extended menu that includes favorites like Chicken Alfredo, Osso Buco, and Lasagna. You’ll also find some seafood, steak, chicken, and veal options. And the bread? It’s made fresh and served warm to your table upon arrival!

The restaurant is open seven days a week. On Monday – Saturday, get lunch from 11 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., or dinner from 5 – 10 p.m. Sunday hours are 5 – 10 p.m.

Recipe: Chicken Anchovy Olio

Ingredients:
Boneless chicken thigh
Olive oil
Anchovies
Garlic
Salt
Black Pepper
Linguine

Cooking instructions:
1) Add some olive oil to a pan
2) Place chicken thigh into pan, skin at the bottom
3) Sprinkle salt and pepper
4) Fry for about 3-5 minutes, or until skin is slightly brown and does not stick to the pan
5) Flip chicken thigh
6) Put in oven and cook for about 10 minutes
7) Boil water, cook linguine

To make sauce:
1) Add olive oil and anchovies to pan, fry for about 30 seconds
2) Add garlic, cook for 30 seconds
3) Put sauce over chicken
