On today’s Bites on a Budget, HSFCU is making frozen s’mores! This is the perfect snack to have any time of the year, and it’s easy and inexpensive to make.
First, add 1 box of chocolate Jell-O pudding into a bowl with 2 ½ cups of milk. Whisk the mixture together until smooth, pour into a baking dish lined with parchment paper, then place in the fridge to chill.
Next, mix 7 oz of marshmallow crème with 4 oz of cream cheese. Add 8 oz of Cool Whip into the bowl and mix until smooth. Pour the mixture on top of the now chilled pudding and freeze for 6 hours. When ready, remove it from the freezer and put 16 graham crackers on both sides to create a sandwich. Trim the excess off the edges, cut into squares, and enjoy a delicious refreshing dessert! All of this for just $10.54!
