Exec. Chef Dean Kamiya Shares Ala Moana Hotel’s Father’s Day Feast

Need the perfect Father's Day dinner? HI Now hosts Kainoa Carlson and Kanoe Gibson are joined by Ala Moana Hotel Executive Chef Dean Kamiya to get a taste of Ala Moana Hotel's Father's Day menu.

Ala Moana hotel is serving two packages this Father’s Day: a barbeque package for $145 and a combination package. The barbeque package has a salad to start, brisket, ribs, chicken, taro rolls, mashed potatoes, rice and veggies for the main course, and bread pudding for dessert. The combination package has braised short ribs and crab crusted mahi mahi, plus all of the sides for $160.

Each package comes with three barbeque sauces on the side and instructions for easy reheating at home. You can also add juicy prime rib and horseradish onto either package for an additional $90.
