Something exciting is coming to Aloha Stadium! Dine and Shop Pop-Up is a special swap meet event beginning Sunday, October 11 from 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. as a way for people to get out and support our local restaurants and businesses. Honolulu Burger Company is just one of the eateries that will have a booth at the event. HI Now host Kanoe Gibson joins him in the kitchen to get a look at some of his specialty burgers.
This year, Honolulu Burger Company is celebrating is 10 year anniversary!
“We’re proud to say that we use 100 percent grass-fed, free-range beef from the Big Island,” says owner Ken Takahashi. “I grew up in Hilo, so I like to support ranchers out there, and we’ve been using it since day one.”
Honolulu Burger Company is always innovating new burgers on its menu, but at Dine and Shop Pop-Up you’ll be able to oder classics like its Mushroom Mushroom Burger and the Blue Hawaii Burger.
Teapresso Bar is also one of the vendors that will be the special swap meet event! It’s going to be hot, so it’s the perfect booth to visit to get a refreshing drink to sip on. Teapresso will be offering its fresh, brewed-to-order drinks. Teapresso is known for milk teas, coffees, and other specialty drinks. Its Century Center location also just recently launched a new food menu, and you can get a taste of it at Dine and Shop Pop-Up! One of the Vietnamese-style dishes you can try is the ground pork egg rolls, so get yourself to the Teapresso booth!
Dine and Shop Pop-Up will take place at the Aloha Stadium every Sunday through November 15. Masks are required, and the event will be social distanced. It’s the perfect way to get out and support Hawaii’s restaurants and small businesses! Some eateries will even be doing pre-orders for easy pick up.
