Create your own pizza at Pieology in six easy steps

Sponsored by Hawaii Gas

At Pieology, you can make your pizza any way you want it — without the cost of adding additional toppings. HI Now host Jobeth Devera is getting a first-hand look at what makes Pieology so popular and how each custom pizza is made in just about five minutes.

Pieology opened its first Hawaii location at the Aina Haina Shopping Center. Since then, it has grown and opened new locations in Kailua, Pearlridge Center, and Hale Mahana on University Avenue and King Street. The family-friendly restaurants are a great place to get together and have pizza your way, without the compromise. In addition, Pieology also offers beer and wine to complement your meal.

The process of creating your own pizza is simple and easy:
1. Choose your crust.
2. Choose sauces.
3. Choose cheeses
4. Choose meats
5. Choose toppings
6. Choose after bake sauces

At Pieology, you have a choice of six premium crusts, including its newest selections of cauliflower and deep dish, and its white and whole wheat dough are made from scratch every day. Experience perfect flavors with seven choices of sauces including classics like Alfredo, house-made red, or go big with flavors like Fiery Buffalo or BBQ.

With over 70 fresh toppings, the possibilities are endless. You’ll also find toppings you can only get in Hawaii, including SPAM, Kalua Pork and Portuguese Sausage. Pieology also just launched its brand new Premium Plant Proteins which look and taste like meat, but are made from veggies.

Not only can you create-your-own pizza at Pieology, but you can also create-your-own salad. If you’re short on time or are just looking for some inspiration, you can also try one of its Signature Salads. There are also a number of sides and desserts to add on to your meal including its ooey gooey cheese bread and the cinnamon churro pizza.

If you’re in a rush or are looking to take out, you can also place your order online.
