It’s hard to do a steak dinner better than Ruth’s Chris. HI Now host Jobeth Devera is in the kitchen with Leighton Miyakawa, executive chef at Ruth’s Chris Steak House Waikiki, and got a firsthand look at how he makes some of their signature dishes.
