Kickin’ Kajun is locally owned and is Hawaii’s first Cajun-style seafood restaurant, known for including local ingredients and sourcing the freshest seafood. Among its popular food items are snow crab legs, shrimp, Cajun fries and its signature Cajun garlic butter sauce, made with real butter and fresh garlic!

The most popular dish with families and groups is the six pounder, which is six pounds of live shellfish, including live Dungeness crab, live Maine lobster, live Manila clams, snow crab legs, shrimp, crawfish, mussels, corn, potato and sausage. Customers can choose their own sauce and spice level, including the signature Cajun garlic butter sauce made with real butter, fresh garlic and Cajun spices.

On August 1st, Kickin’ Kajun will be adding a new addition to the Ka Makana Aliʻi family — Kickin’ Chick’n! The new eatery will be in the Ka Makana Aliʻi Food Market serving up authentic Korean fried chicken with traditional Korean side dishes.

Kickin’ Kajun is open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. – 10 p.m., and on Sunday from 11 a.m. – 8 .m.
