JINYA celebrates itsʻ first year anniversary in Honolulu

HONOLULU (HI Now) - JINYA Honolulu is celebrating their first year anniversary in Honolulu and Taku Teramoto, Director of Operations, and Henry Lai, Head Sushi Chef joined Kainoa and Rachel in studio to talk about whatʻs new and on the horizon for JINYA Honolulu.

Located in Ward Village, JINYA Honolulu offers three dining concepts under one roof, JINYA Ramen Bar, Robata JINYA and LBD Japanese Bar & Lounge.

JINYA is known for its slow-cooked approach to ramen, made from broths simmered for 20 hours in-house. From its customizable menu to sleek interiors, JINYA Ramen Bar presents a contemporary Japanese dining ideal for lively social gatherings for all ages.

JINYA is ramen culture, where the relationship between broth and noodles is serious but delicious business. From the water we use to prepare our broths – we only use FUJI which is 99.9 percent free from impurities – to the special aging process that our noodles undergo before they’re cooked and served, we’re crazy about ramen and pay meticulous attention to everything that goes into your bowl. You’ll quickly see why at JINYA we say, “No ramen, no life.”
